Spring? Not yet!

ALL of this snow happened in 24 hours. There was ZERO snow, now there's THIS!

It was a lot of fun to see it coming down :D

Thank you, Grandpa!

So... a certain girlie recently completed an after-school fly-fishing class. She loves to tie flies!
She knows that a certain someone in her family is a world-class fly-fisherman... my dad!
A few weeks ago, she handed me an addressed envelope and asked me for a stamp to mail it to her grandpa. I asked what was inside. She said it was about fishing. Recently, a package arrived.
My dad had sent her a very special package :D He filled one of his own fly-fishing inventions (the awesome container) with his favorite flies!! She was absolutely esctatic!!
This makes me smile and smile.

Building a motor

Her teacher provided the entire class with kits to build motors. She's the first one to complete one that works!

Eric graduates this year!

I know this photo isn't really related to Eric's graduation, but I'm so proud of the Eagles that I just had to post it!

Eric graduates on June 11th. This is a Saturday. We are still waiting to hear from his class about the final plans for the weekend, then we can firm-up our plans. I will let you know when I know more!
